Audition Information! |
You do not have to audition to be in Music Camp, and once you register, you are guaranteed a place in the production. BUT - If you would like a larger speaking part or a solo, we would like you to audition. Please join us at the Grant Elementary School for open auditions on Monday June 15th or Tuesday June 16th between 6:30 and 8:00 p.m. |
Speaking Roles Shayne Shroader - the host of Parablelooza. Confident, articulate, speaks with energy and enthusiasm - male or female Hank Holloway - Referee for a team. Speaks clearly, with expression and energy. Needs to keep score during the games. Amy Mac - Referee for a team - enthusiastic, perky and speaks with expression. Needs to keep score during the games. Parable Players (1-7) - relate parables, spiritual truths and applications - must speak with expression. Male or female. Turth Tellers (1-5) - Read or recite scriptures that tell the parables and related spiritual truths as well as application - must speak with expression. Male or felmale. Joker 1 & 2 - contestants in scene 5 - must be able to react quickly and speak with enthusiasm. Male or female. Chloe - reads or tells the two foundations parable - has to watch the game activity and deliver their lines at the right time. Song Scripture Speakers - speak scriptures during songs. Non-Speaking Roles Game Contestants - participate in the games Audience Prompters - hold signs for the audience to clap, cheer, etc. Score Keepers - write the scores on a scoreboard during the games Solos Five songs in Parablelooza have optional solos |
