TEAM NAME:  Property & Equipment – Grounds/Building

TEAM SPIRITUAL GIFTS:  Administration, Craftsmanship, Discernment, Helps, Faith, Hospitality, Knowledge, Leadership, Service

TEAM ROLE:  To work behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in our facilities. 

TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grounds – Maintain lawn health, keep driveway in good condition, keep parking defined, maintain external lighting, obtain bids for mowing and snow removal.

• Building /Capital – Assure upkeep on all equipment to support all operational needs. Establish and review building use requests and conditions. Monitor for proper insurance policy coverage. Stay current on all permits and codes.

TEAM DESIRED OUTCOME: To function as a working facility to maximize ministry tools for the outcome of people finding Christ.
